Over HereA Poem by Lighthouse Call
Well I've just met you
And I'm amazed I haven't had a crush In the past few years And I don't know What I like about you Your eyes, your hair, your smell And most things you do Cause when I talk to you My heart races And the butterflies you give me Scatter in different places And if only I could catch one Just a single line to win you But you're too busy to see ..Me Like in the old cartoons When I do heroic stuff You're looking the other way At that guy "all buff" I missed those thoughts Before I sleep Where I wonder If it's me you're thinking of Cause when I talk to you My heart races And the butterflies you give me Scatter in different places And if only I could catch one Just a single line to win you But you're too busy to see ..Me So if this life should be a tale All this hard work shouldn't lead to fails This time I'll give faith a helping hand Cause maybe, I might have found you.. in the end And when I talk to you My heart races And the butterflies you give me Scatter in different places And if only I could catch one Just a single line to win you But you're too busy to see ..Me I'm over here.
