A Poem by Pebbles

Scratching the surface
you knew id be here didnt you
Sitting in darkened rooms
Waiting
Contemplating
The world's doom
Or my hearts failure to spark up a light
You saw right through
All that I ever knew to be true
And knocked down my walls of frustration
Who the hell are you
The one who speaks in toungues
Never leaving my side
Where did you appear from
Scratching for answers
Who is the man who sits quietly waiting
For a bus
For the hand to pass the hour
In honesty
Do you really know
Who sits within the framework of your mind
Turning the cogs
Spending time with the enermy
I hear his heart beating
And it occurs to me
That he is one and the same as I
Molecular structures within the game of life
Ever present
Ever collective
Ever knowing how to survive
Peacefully I may sleep listening to your blood running wildly
Peacefully I will sleep hearing more than you will ever reveal
In peaceful moments you will find me
Sitting quietly in that corner of your mind
You would be wise to listen
Because I never say it twice
