A Poem by Pebbles

Teardrops of heaven dripping from your lips

To savor your words upon this sunset

Would be my sweetest desire

And yet life goes by

Life goes forever onwards

Towards the journey of our souls

For now I have learnt

To truly let go

My tears have dried before the hour has past

And love lies waiting in peace

For my heart to mend

There is no more pretence here

No more willing you to be who i wish you to be

Just a knowledge that we are who we are

And that is enough for me to move freely

The sea is so beautiful today

And the sand between my toes

Reminds me of a childhood I never really understood

Pebbles,

A beautifully true acknowledgement of a life’s past and present as they collide upon the shores of freedom.

"Saviour" possibly savor...? Or perhaps a mistake on my part?
"Pasted" or Past...?

In either case, you have dramatically captured the waves within your hands... graceful make a transition between your mind wandering and thoughts on the forefront of your mind, here:

"And that is enough for me to move freely
The sea is so beautiful today
And the sand between my toes
Reminds me of a childhood I never really understood"

As we ponder between errs of our lives, coming to the realization that it is okay just to be who we are, as well offer the people we love the most the same.

Thank you for taking me along the journey of your thoughts.

Have a great day,

Legacy
