Purification

Purification

A Poem by Liderien

You arrive to sense my cupellation.

Unbeautiful, the refinement’s scheme.

Throes of intensity, burn flames against me.

Slow the heat to rise brings frightful element’s decree.

Muck and mire removed heat’s linger abundance brings.

Passing of time with each deductions sweep.

Blackness, the smoke of mire's death

Outermost all to survey.

Until the moment attains

Purity lastly in liberty.

Closer you loom to abider’s identity.

You look and all you see…

 Is you.

You're very welcome :)
Purify thyself before the mirror . . . . in my experience, the mirror is nearly always clouded by our own mild delusions and perceptions, and no reflection is ever really real . . . until Death comes, and the great reckoning follows . . . all your sins laid bare, your darkest shadows brought screaming into the light; that's when the blood really hits the fan
