Dancing in the rain

Dancing in the rain

A Poem by Kamari's

People say they hate the rain and I woner why.
They must of never danced in the rain
drop of water splashing your body as your bare feet
feel the damp ground and your nose smelling the earth.
I love the rain not a storm with lightning just rain
for it replenishes the earth and quiches it thirst.
The rain makes puddles and cools the ground
I sometimes walk outside in the rain ad twirl on my feet
letting the raindrops drench me and smell the earth below me
and I feel free nothing in the world can take the rain from me.
I dance in the rain and I feel joy and like I am truely free
from the raindrops that drench me to the dampness under my feet my
love for the rain will not ever go away and
I shall always dance or twirl in the rain and
feel the freedom and joy it brings when
I dance or twirl in the rain.

I have to agree, I love to just stand outside in the rain, playing. Through I also love thunder storms.

Something about the rain just sets me free
I very much agree. I tease my friends when they post about hating the rain. I love running through the downpours.
What a freeing poem. Well described.
