Lovely Love

Lovely Love

A Poem by Liam Nealey

Lovely Love,

Tarry not too often in your own thoughts.
Fret not the threat of Love not returned.
All my world sets upon your smile.
All my thoughts, upon the thoughts of your Heart do dwell.
All my pleasures, among your fair pillars are found.
The bluest Sea I could ever see lies in your Eyes.
My Heart is pulled to you.
When we are apart I am weak.
If all I had to say was one last thing,
          on one teary day,
          I wouldn't waste a moment of a breath.
   I Love You.

I also love this one. I could stand to learn from the second line but one thing did throw me off. "I wouldn't waste a moment of a breathe." is strange. "...a moment of breath." sounds better to me but maybe there's a reason you chose those words specifically. It's really good either way.

About
I write for myself, things that I like to read. However, I welcome reviews! I find it very interesting how a poem can take on a life of its own, how it can gain more meaning than it was written with, .. more..
