Dead to me

Dead to me

A Poem by Academy6
"

You say you understand

"
You said you understood.
That you knew what I was going threw.
But you're just like the rest.
Dead to me.

How could I be so dumb?
So quiet, so naive.
To actually believe
You were just like me.

You beg to understand
And I wish you would leave.
The way you guard me, watch me
I can't have anything unless its with you.

Just leave me alone!
Spare me you're stupid company!
I'm only your friend when
You want me to be.

I'm a hollow shell of what I used to be.
A shallow reminder of what I once was.
Let me breath, leave me be.
I can't stand you're screaming.
