Awakening

Wrote this on the spot. I was feeling very relaxed and calm. Thank you Vin! >< *hugs*

My new wings rustle, spreading gently from my back

I open my eyes, blinking against the bright sunlight

As I slowly sit up, warm arms encircle me, raising me gently to my feet

I giggle, taking a tentative step, my bare feet tickled by the soft grass.

Birds swirls around me, along with the wind, gently urging me forward

His arms are always ready to help me, should I stumble

I grow more confident, walking faster...

beginning to run.

Faster, faster, FASTER!

I take to the air and fly, laughing with sheer joy.

He flys with me, a constant source of comfort.

The one who is dear to me, reliable and strong...

My soul brother...

I cherish him as much as I would a real brother.

I love him!
