Wind...

This is a poem I wrote on a whim on a windy day...:D

Whimsically dancing...

Through the trees, swirling, twirling...

Plays in the leaves, creating a sooting song...

Sends tendrils of my hair whirling around my face.

Pulls the sleepy dust up from the ground

Whirling it through the air like a partner...

It is now my partner as I step lightly

through the sun-dipped meadow.

The warmth soaks my skin, my lips, my hair...

My voice laughs as the long grass tickles my legs and feet...

I grow wings and fly up, up, up!

Now among the clouds!

Warm arms around me, soft lips at my neck.

Now with my lover, having transcended time and space.

My colorless friend, I thank thee.

It's free verse so I don't know if it's very good...
