This is for the ones with a broken heart.

For the ones who can’t get out of bed.

 

We would do anything to be happy again.

But those days are over,

Leaving us with bright blue skies.

Those days are done

Because the ones who left us broken

Have only given us brand new lives.

 

This is for the underdogs of the world.

For the ones who are bullied or teased.

 

We want to rejoice ourselves and find what we love.

But it’s the first day of spring

And our lives have started to change

The first day of spring has come

Because those who left us unnoticed

Now see us in the center of the stage.

 

Now us underdogs with broken hearts

Have left our beds and ignored the harassments.

 

We have broken through the pain and ridicule

 Letting the first day of spring come out

And break away from those dark days.

We changed our lives and released our blue skies.

This power we have now taken within

Have given us strength to burn bright.

Now the ones who left us behind and hurt

 Will see us center stage in the beginning of our new lives.
