My Lover Thee TempestA Poem by LexiThis to me is about storms and how I love them and make me happy, but it can be taken a variety of ways I suppose. The children run and hide But I lean into your embrace. You, my love, match my inside And together we shall dance with grace. Some hear you as a monstrous howl, I hear you as you sing the lovely songs. All the others illustrate you so foul, But I see none of those wrongs. "Cold" they scream And hide behind their prejudice, My heart knows the truth, matching your theme. We shall name them thee cowardice. Soaking the world you do, And many sport protection. But i felt as if you cried my tears that are long overdue, Guess it depends on perception. In my city you rarely visit, Maybe one day I will move nearer you. Dear, you are quite exquisite, I love you and your every hue.
