(2) Diving into the Abyss

Things get heated with Jane and the others; people, Proxies, and things they never seen in Oakwoods before.

''Whatever the Boat takes us, Be on our way''

I starred at the monstrous beast that i soon looked up that is holding my knife. He heavy breathes to me as if he had a breathing problem. I didn't move an inch yet, i didn't know what this creature was capable of. I then heard a swish noise that jumped me, a knife fling into his chest as he falls backwards in his own blood and guts. I quickly got my knife before it touched the ground. When i got up, i saw the person i never expected, Jeff. He jagged the knife out of the creature's chest and whipped it off on his hoodie. I thought he dissed me, why would he even save me. Jeff looked at me, then walked away. I starred at him, then i ran off to the end of Silents Streets. I should've said thank you to him, but i didn't have much time until Ben and Masky found out i was joking and start looking for me. When i reached the end, it was a cut off cliff. When i looked down, i saw the Uni. where the cars are busy and people are walking and talking all smiling. I used to be like that once, Once when i was actually normal for once in my life. I used to ride bikes, be a normal girl, have friends to talk with, all that fun stuff. Now, ever since I've grown to that town, when i had that accident, when I've grown up to this town, things changed. I left my friends, family, just because they moved to Oakwoods Uni. or out of town. I have no emotions, none to really show. I sat on the edge of the cliff looking down at people go by, all the cars go by, a simple, nice town. What i didn't realize was Ben and Masky was behind me and when they yelled at me i jumped back, but head first off the cliff. They both yelled out my name as they grabbed onto my arms and legs trying to pull me up. ''Jane, don't worry we got this, don't be scared. We're gonna have a long talk young lady.'' Masky said. When i was hanging from the cliff, i wanted them to let go, but what caught my eyes, was these weird creatures down their snatching people up in the alley. What was that all about. I quickly back flipped out of my hoodie and jumped down. ''JANE!!'' Masky and Ben yelled. ''Oh great, she doesn't have a illusion form on, how is she gonna survive down their.'' Ben said. As Masky looked down, he saw the proxies. ''Oh no, Jane went down their to kill off those Proxies, they're very dangerous we have to go after her fast before she gets herself killed.'' Masky stated. Ben nodded. ''Yeah you're right, we better put on our illusion forms on so nobody gets suspicious, and besides, Jane's already human, just her eyes that might be a problem.'' Ben said. As they turn into their human forms, they both jumped down rolling in the dirt of the cliff.

I jumped down on the first building i saw hiding behind the bulletining board. I gripped my knife in my hand as i saw the creatures up close. What were they i questioned myself. They looked all black and mopish like there a walking dead of monsters. I noticed they went to the left of the street corner as i jumped down by the dumpster hiding behind their too. I then heard noises behind me, I then turned quickly enough to slashed whatever it was, when i stabbed them, they fell down squirming. I took another look at it, it was gross. What i didn't know it moved again, and i knew it wasn't dead. I then saw tons more as soon as that thing screamed. I was a goner. I then looked forward as those creatures looked back at me and saw me as they took off running. I had no choice but to chase after them as i yelled them to stop!.

Ben and Masky both fell first in the dumpster, well Ben did, don't know where Masky was. ''Masky? bro? where ya go? this is no time for hide and go peek.'' Ben yelled. ''IT'S HIDE AND GO SEEK AND I'M UP HERE!''. Shouted Masky. Ben looked up to Masky where he had brown hair, black normal eyes, a mask on, brown leather jacket, and black pants with normal shoes. ''Hey Masky, how's it hang'n?'' Ben said as he laughed. Ben looked normal too, he had blonde hair with his green hat, blue eyes, green and black long shirt with black Galileans as it looks like, to me it looked like he was wearing a skirt, and shoes. Masky rolled his eyes. ''Oh har har, can you hurry up? my underwear is about to rip.'' Masky shouted. As Ben grabbed Masky and set him back down after he got up out of the dumpster, they saw the creatures that attacked Jane. ''Crap, Masky hide, proxies.'' Ben said as they both hid behind a dumpster. ''We have to get Jane back quickly before those proxies does, They don't like humans, or us since we're in our illusion forms.'' Masky said. ''Yeah you're right, how do we get past them without them catching us?'' Asked Ben. Masky tapped his chin as she grabbed his weapon. ''We fight our way, come on Ben.'' He said as he made a run for it, so as Ben as he followed behind.

I then stabbed more of these creatures sideways and back chasing after those creatures. I then stumbled towards a building after one slashed my arm. ''Crap, to many of them, What are these things.?!'' I yelled. With that, I saw Ben and Masky come towards me and both put there hands on my mouth. ''It's okay its us, Ben and Masky, Just don't do anything else stupid bruh,'' Ben said. I bit there hands as they let go. ''What's going on here.'' I asked. ''They are Proxies, henchman slaves for the Slender man madam, They kill to get supplies for him and they are required permission to slice any human being as they please if they're in there way. There gonna come after us cause we are humans, you look human, They think you are human.'' Masky explained. I looked at them. Proxies, that's not right what they're doing. It's like they're taking over Oakwoods Uni. The only Uni. I ever knew. ''Why can't we kill them all!?'' i yelled. Masky shushed me. ''It's because they're already dead.'' He whispered. Great, just great. Before my eyes, they were all gone, and so were people as i see they're not walking the sidewalks, just in their busy cars as if nothing happened. Can they not see them, or is it cause they hide in the shadows. ''Come on let's get back, and dirty trick to play us Jane, you had your knife the whole time.'' Ben said as he pointed to the bloody knife in my hand. ''I'm sorry guys, i just really wanted to see this place, Only memories i had you know.'' I said as i looked around. This time, i did care about it all. ''It's alright Jane, now we gotta find that bone head Jeff.'' Masky said as we all took off.

Along the walk back to Silent Woods i looked around as i thought i heard something. i Knocked it away. ''So, these are you guys Illusion forms.'' I said. ''Course, we look just the way we were before we became all dead and a proxy.'' Ben said. I looked at Ben. ''And, you wore a skirt then?'' I asked. He groaned as he turned back to what he was before. ''It's not a skirt, its a man skirt thank you.'' He said. Masky rolled his eyes as he turned back also. ''It's a kilt Ben, we been through this hundredths of time.'' Masky yelled. Masky handed back my hoodie as i put it back on. ''Thanks Masky.'' I said as i pull my hoodie over my head. I actually said Thank you for once, that made me puke inside. ''No problem madam.'' He said as he smiled i think. gross. I then saw a familiar figure out in the field. ''Well we found our bate, JEFF BRO! DUDE! WHAT WE GONE DO TONIGHT!!.'' yelled Ben. Jeff walked up to us as he wiped his knife off his hoodie. ''Slenderman called, he wants us all back in the mansion.'' He said as he eye balled me the whole time. I glare back at him, i couldn't stand him. ''Alright, alright tiger lay off the new girl, you finally were over Jane, now leave this Jane alone.'' Ben said. Jeff just grumbled under his breathe. So there was another Jane huh, maybe that's why he doesn't like me. Jeff walked back as we continued to walk. Ben nudged me. ''It's okay Jane, the old Jane we knew, She was pale and her eyes were black, she wore a long black dress and a black wig, be careful around her, she's the really rude kind.'' Ben whispered to me. She sure sounds like me a bit.

Back at the Mansion as i walked in, knifes aimed at me as i was pinned onto the wall. As i struggled, i met my true fate.
