Just a poem I got from a little inspiration

Find me a word

Heed my call

Songs from a bird

Waiting on the wall

 

Can you hear me?

Can you not?

Please my angel

Don’t fear the dark

 

Nay the bee

Calm the trees

The Willow’s whisper

Your sweet kiss

 

Come to me

My dark eyed maiden

Play me you

Sweetened cadence

 

Take my hand

And follow me

While we rest

In the sea

I think you mean "your" when you say "Play me you." It doesn't really make sense until you stop to just read it and not analyse it. To analyse it, confuses people I bet but to take it all in as a whole, it speaks of love. Love unattainable. Lovely read my dear.

I feel a fantasy based twist within this, which is quite interesting. The elements of nature (trees, the sea) make this piece something not to be overlooked. Im not sure why, I just really find it eye catching. Overall, the piece is decent and quite promising.
