In my darkest hour

Just a feeling some have gotten when they fail school

I feel like my heart was ripped out of my chest

From my failure

People always told me “you are the best”

But I never saw it

 

I failed

I tried

I failed

I cried

I failed even though I felt like I could fly

 

In my darkest hour I am lost

My future uncertain

Unable to trust

My life’s fruition

I thought this was a good poem. It reminds me of when I fail in school. I get grounded when I fail, but I pick my grades up. You should not feel that you're a failure. You aren't. You weren't born a failure and you will never be a failure. Thanks for sharing. :)
