FrustrationA Poem by LeslieNoel
Frustration pricks beneath my veins
Patience drops like the temperature in winter Frigid cold I might explode Teeth grit White knuckling it all the way Pressures grow until A deafening whistle emerges from the tea kettle Steam escapes my ears A little space A minute of time Is all I need to rebalance Breathe Center Out In Picturing lush flower dotted meadows Surrounded by scenic sky scraping mountains Kissing the clouds In Out Anger melts like an ice cube On a scorching summer's day Namaste
