I wonder

I wonder

A Poem by LeslieNoel
"

Sometimes anxiety can be an incredible burden, not only to me, but for those around me.

"
I wonder if my anxiety stings
from poisoned stinger and sharpened wings.
When released it can do a lot of harm,
causing chaos, and fervent alarm.
Dredged from the depths
of my own soul,
anxiety does take it's toll.
It splatters on things I seem to touch
I wish I could let go, and loosen my clutch.
To let go of the worry
and anxiety inside
would make it easier to abide
with life's abundant ups and downs,
and allow me to get up off the ground.
