Two Souls

Two Souls

A Poem by Leslie Philibert
"

For Rainer Maria Rilke.

"
I have two souls,
the one brave,the other fearsome.
You may take charge of one.

Over the night town,
across the bridge,
I see the brake lights
of the trucks heading to Austria.

This has two perspectives, the inner person than the outer world. I like the feel of this poem, it's hard to describe...it's different and I like it. I like your whole poem. I see its for someone so I'm sure it has special meaning for them.

Thanks for reviewing my work!
