Breaking the Weather

Breaking the Weather

A Poem by Leslie Philibert
"

here I just play with some lines

"
rags of cloud top the wind
a dirt of wind turns your face ;
arranged,
a pace of cloud dirts your face
the top of wind rags your pace,
the lines,now,for you

your face a pace of rain
the wind a race of dirt.

the whiteness of clouds is unusually but successfully juxtaposed with the blackness of dirt - interesting write

Interesting the way in which you weave together this strand of repeated words into a complete poetic blanket. It still has your voice all over it Leslie, an unmistakable slow, deliberate sage voice.
