a poem with a kind of mantra...

your breath in the night

                    as outside the rain

                    be kind slow

your eyes bohemian glass

                   but other in dawn

                   be kind slow

your drift over varnished floors

                  a nightgown full flowered

                  the singing of cups

                  be kind slow
