Gray Eyes

Gray Eyes

A Poem by Leo

through yonder gray eyes he stares with longing, desiring a glance yet not daring an entrance...lingering hoping to spill the tale of his heart yet he walks on flames burning for many reasons untold

i like the content of the poem and the wording in two particular spots "desiring a glance yet not daring an entrance" and also "spill the tale of his heart". the second one is at the root of a person's desire to be loved, i think, and it is a very honest observation. the color blocks you have on some of the letters and words are distracting and unnecessary, it seems. maybe try it without them? enjoyed the poem and hope to read more. thanks.

WOW, very moving ... I can't recall reading something so short, with each line presenting intense meaning. Thank you very much for sharing this. The style is very eye catching as well.
