Let the moon watch over you

Let the moon watch over you

A Poem by Lena

Oh but you’re so pretty the stars would cry,
I told the moon to watch over you
So don’t be surprised if it calls you by name,
It heard everything,
Maybe a little bit too much but it doesn’t really matter,
Look at the stars,
see how they’re shining?
Just for you!
I know you love to gaze at them,
So I begged them to shine even brighter tonight.
You also love sunsets, maybe I can paint a beautiful one for you?
Or maybe you prefer a drawing?
I can do both if u only ask.
Just say a word. Or maybe not?
I’m okay with each one.
I love to hear your voice but I’m mesmerized by just looking into your eyes so it doesn’t really make a difference to me.
And now I just wonder if you think of me when you see all the things I’m talking about, becasue I know I do.
Hope moon will keep you save dear.
I’ll let it watch over you. I’ll do.
