Dream Lover

If I but dream

I would dream of you

Gliding to me across an ocean blue

 

To hear your voice

To touch your hand

To lie with you on sun warmed sand

 

To share with you all my contemplations

About life, and love, art and song

To laugh, to share, to dance, to long

 

Alas, this joy is not to be

So back to slumber to dream my dreams

Were love exists in moon kissed beams
