Something I was thinking about tonight dealing with a situation involving the past, present, and future.

A Moment Unhindered

 

A moment unhindered

Crashed headlong

Into the past.

Fleeting,

Now straining

Into the uncertainty

Of what is to come.

 

A moment remembered

Thought provoked

Into living.

Dreaming,

Now waking

Into the reality

Of what has been forgotten.

 

A moment considered

Held tightly

Into longing.

Grasping,

Now clutching

Onto the possibility

Of what could be.
