Poem I wrote when there was a lot of bickering going on at a forum I used to frequent quite often.

Forum Wars

 

The pen may be mightier than the sword,
But the keyboard is the armament of this forum war.
Words spewed forth with maliciousness.
Facts slaughtered with deceptiveness.
Thoughts bombarded this static display,
But no victors claimed the field this day.
The oneness fractured with agressive intent,
Beaten and battered by those hellbent.
Destruction reigned within rampant thoughts.
Chaos defined all those that were caught
Within the turmoil of the despicable word.
Striken by the desolution of this forum war.
