Push and Pull

Push and Pull

A Poem by Legion

Push and Pull

We could not be further apart
Standing on the same ground
Staring into different horizons
With the concept of righteousness
Without virtue
Separating our thoughts,
Defining impulsive reactions
(The Push)
Instead of
Deciding corrective actions
(The Pull)
And crafting the precipice
Of this abyss
We precariously cling to
As culprits divided
Instead of
As companions united
Waiting for....
