A Poem by LefthandWrite
"

Standing there Don't tell me while you stand there Go anywhere else and tell me From afar Where I can fall apart In the confines of my mind

"
Standing there
Don't tell me while you stand there
Go anywhere else and tell me
From afar
Where I can fall apart
In the confines of my mind
I can feel it coming
Shredding, shredding
Gracelessly forgetting
Somehow the pieces
Blow back together
In the perfect order
And I remember
One perfect little piece
Of a perfect little life
And I refuse to scatter
For a long, long minute....
I sit back and watch
All the little pieces
All come back together
And I sit back and watch
It's so heartbreakingly lovely
I love the images they show
What happened
Didn't happen
For nothing
What didn't happen
Didn't happen
For something
In my mind it is all stored
In my mind it will all stay
In my mind is the
Beginning
And the end
