White Porcelain

White Porcelain

A Poem by LeeLu
"

the hardest drug to heal from.

"

in the corner,
arms shaking, on white porcelain.
another heave and its go.
all warmth escaped her body.
thin and frail, she doesn’t eat.
heavy breathing, on white porcelain.
her knees are damp with sweat
against the bathroom tiled floor.

there is no more rush through her veins.
no more chemicals of love, clouding her mind
her stomach eats away at her insides
dark circle around her blue green eyes.
her life draining, into while porcelain.
nails dragging, down white porcelain.
no more drugs in her soul to sooth her.
she needs her addiction.
she needs him.

wow... very intense.... I loved the use of imagery in this poem... it was like a scene onTV or something... The emotions fill the page... Great job!
