Haiku Smorgasbord (Part 1)

Haiku Smorgasbord (Part 1)

A Poem by LeeLee Ryder
"

Six Haikus

"
MINGLING SUN & DEW
Against the morning
Sunlight mingles with the dew
the chill burns off soon

AZURE EYES
sip the sky sugar
while honey dipped horizons
pierce eyes of azure

MIDSTREAM POSTURE
To begin or end
posture oneself in midstream
as rivers surge through

YELLOW BURSTS
Underneath the sun
Daisies pander to dewdrops
Yellow bursts in air

FORECAST?
Tell the truth -- oh seer
Dark clouds are in the forecast?
Nope, blue skies ahead
