Stress tests his quick, sporadic mind.

I tell him. " slow down ... turn your lifeline down"

Down to 325 degrees & cut out the crap

Cus gettin' down to business

May be hazardous to your health

Don't rush it, just linger in the moment

And remember... Time waits for no one ...

i most certainly need to show this to my husband.....he is on hyper mode all day, incredible energy expended, and then he crashes at 8 pm.... thank goodness he recently got on blood pressure medicine, it has helped, but still he pushes himself so hard and then people always want more time from him..............
this could be written with him in mind. Type A, i guess.
