Meal #1A Story by Lee-AnnI cooked my first new meal today! It was quite delicous too! I think it was called hearty hamburger cassorole or something like that. I subsistuted turkey for the hamburger. I browned the turkey, drained it, then added a can of chunky's veggie soup. Set that to the side. Then I made some stuffing. I put half the stuffing in a greased 2 qt glass baking dish,. Then added the meat and soup mixture, topped it with cheese and the rest of the stuffing. Baked it at 350 degrees for 30 min. It was YUMMY! On another note I stepped on the scale this morning and had gained the 4 pounds I had lost back over the holiday :( I knew it would happen. I decided today that I'm going to get the Biggest loser cookbook or a weight watchers cook book or something because if I'm going to cook new meals they might as well be healthy. Makes since to combine the two goals together. I'm going to go with a girlfriend of mine to pick out a "Goal Dress" that I want to fit into by spring break. I think that will be good motivation.
