My Dear Before You Open The Door

I watched you grab your things and leave

Only this time I wasn't stopping you

I told you once before you came back

Once you leave for the second time I'm done

I won't have any room in my life for you

So my dear before you open the door

Take a deep breath and remember these words

I made a promise to you that I intended to keep

But the minute you grab the door it's goodbye

I'm tired of the mind games you're playing on me

You've been stringing me along for weeks now

And I just need to know what are we doing

Because when you kiss me I can't remember why I'm mad

I remember the day that I met you

You pulled up in the chevy truck

It sounded like a pure love when you said hello to me

Few weeks later you were calling me yours

Making time to come see me

Holding me by the waist

Slowdancing under the stars by the fire

But when did it all start falling

Today I'm sitting here just thinking

We made a promise to each other

You said that you wouldn't leave me

You said that you loved me

You held me close and kissed me

But now I'm watching you leave

You're grabbing your stuff and walking out

Again I LOVE how your poems sound so poetic.
Although this one kind of also sounds like it could be a song.
This was also very deep, romantic, heartfelt, and STRONG!
You seem like a romantic person, but also you seem very honest and strong, I like that.
