New World

Two worlds collide,
a third one
comes out.

The door of Silence
vanishes in the light
of our eyes.

Has peace arrived?

I still hear
the bombs in
the background.

Conflicted minds,
conflict the heart.

We are here,
lives ready to thrive.

And with opened arms
I await my freedom
or my end.

Your first stanza actually made me think of birth, Dare alla Luce= to give to the light. As I read further into the conflict what would await you freedom or the end. Either way I saw a rebirth in it nascence.
