Untamed ventures of solitudeA Poem by Vertigo
Even with those charcoal eyes
Withdrawn in nonchalance... Varient light pressed in every movement That draws me in though Looking down on me Perhaps through me I am more than ever-passing With an everlasting cracked window pane That conveys broken rays Upon this day Even as I waver... Untamed am I But would it ever show? Would I ever grow To meet that omnipresent gaze Upheld am I in solemn ventures of solitude But I... I find that there is color even in the rain And everything that is made To live Or to fade... © 2010 Vertigo |
