Untamed ventures of solitude

Untamed ventures of solitude

A Poem by Vertigo

Even with those charcoal eyes
Withdrawn in nonchalance...
Varient light pressed in every movement
That draws me in though
Looking down on me
Perhaps through me
I am more than ever-passing
With an everlasting cracked window pane
That conveys broken rays
Upon this day
Even as I waver...
Untamed am I
But would it ever show?
Would I ever grow
To meet that omnipresent gaze

Upheld am I in solemn ventures of solitude
But I...
I find that there is color even in the rain
And everything that is made
To live
Or to fade...
