Falling In Between

Falling In Between

A Poem by Vertigo

 Apart in the darkened
Shallows
And the light never touches my skin
Boundless
Surrounding
With my head held high
Against the torrents
Baring
With nothing to bare
In the ongoing silence
Letting my hair fly like fire
And I am always falling
Into every heart beat
Closing my eyes to every sigh
More than awake
More than alive.
