A Poem by Vertigo

Drowning in cacophony of sound surrounding the reasoning in my head and all I want to find is some peace of mind...The sun shines through painted glass that looks like a kaleidoscope of lightness and I just watch as faces pass me by, with facades of hidden lies. I can be heartless, it isn't hard to numb your mind with the travesties of time with the battles within wars that we fight when there is no wrong or right...just the numbness....In reality I can feel a heart beat into tomorrow hiding this inward sorrow that is binding because I am always rewinding without fear searing over the edge where I have learned that vertigo is just pulling me into downward flashes as though I am falling but then again maybe I can fly.
