To love and to be
Seen and unseen
I am a myth among myths
A dream among dreams
Of millions of lives
That have lived in their time
Just as I live in mine
If only we didn't have to hide
Behind these masks
To [love] and not be known
Without it being shown
That I hold
Every single heart in place
And though I am indigenous to my humanity
I can never forget the origins of my life in its state
