See them fall

See them fall

A Poem by Vertigo

See them fall within the breath of autumn
Knowing the waves meeting these vast shores
And the life that holds me at the outskirts
Rising with the sunrise and the memory
And the melancholic purging
Like a waterfall through my rib cage
As every shooting star passes, I wait with the wind pulling through me
Like the waves that meet me before every storm

Oh! How beautiful! I simply adore autumn! What a lovely, melancholy piece about the course of life ...imbued with the spirit of autumn

One day it will change And I will fall And I will know And I will inhale every word And every thought And know that I have loved more..
