Radio

Radio

A Poem by Vertigo

The sound of the radio would resonate in my mind
In the sun
Of all the wonder
Between who I was
And the silence that held me under
I had known better weather
Frail leaf withstanding
Life is more than the stress and ties
That held me
Seizing storms guide me where there is sound
And the radio would resonate in my mind
Standing still
And I would breathe light

One day it will change And I will fall And I will know And I will inhale every word And every thought And know that I have loved more..
