A free verse poetic riddle

"

I am the box unopened,

Anticipation, exhilaration, fear.


I am the blood unspilt,

Purity, sanctity, innocence.


I am ecstasy delayed,

Expectation, frustration, loneliness.  


And once lost, I cannot be found.
