Crayon

Crayon

A Poem by LawrenceRaybon

A crayon in my hand

New worlds to create

And the wall in front of me

A big blank slate

Lawrence...I must say your photo does you no justice in the way you write...I am very blunt and straight forward when it comes to my reviews...Usually when I come across such a small write like this I just skip it or give it a zero...But you my friend have stuffed so much meaning into only 20 words!!! The description you give is like that of a childs imagination...And I have never seen anybody go this far into such a terrific description in, yes 20 WORDS!!! This is absolutely amazing Lawrence!! I must say if you put more wording into it it wouldn't be as brilliant and I probably would've given this a 75 but the talent of a writer is using each and every word like a powerful weapon of description and yours are nuclear bombs!! Excellent job!! If you want to review my project it would be appreciated but great stuff

such a lovely poem. I pictured a child holding a Crayon. Loved the way it spoke of creativity and exploring. Very nice

This is a piece. Profound, beautiful, fresh, original, inventive, insightful in its simplicity. Well done. A really great piece. One of my favorites of yours so far!

You could always buy a can of paint if it doesn't work out. ha This actually has the tone of one with a lot of enthusiasm and adventure in their heart. Good for you. Nice poem.
