A Critical Prayer

Thank you God

For the sun always shining bright

But wouldn’t it be more useful

If it shined during the night?

And thank you Lord

For the rain falling upon the land

But don’t you think its more needed

In the deserts with their sand?

And thank you God

For my life, it’s great and yet

Do you think, next time around

We could be rich and own a jet?
