Just Like A Movie

Just Like A Movie

A Poem by LawrenceA
"

It was a movie moment....

"

Ever second of it was just like a movie,

We went so far to get away from everything,

"A little walk" turned into an adventure.

Our voices were hushed,

I asked the stupidest question I could think of.

And you still laughed,

And I broke that laughter,

With a kiss.

The sweetest kiss I ever could give,

And you loved it.

So much that you gave it back.

Staring into your deep dark eyes,

The warmth of your body against my cold hands,

The way your skin glows in the dim twilight,

I loved every minuet of it.

But it was that soft voice that I loved the most,

The way your words just roll off your tongue,

(And the way your tongues rolls off my lips)

You spoke the sweetest when you said it,

Koibito..........My favorite word.............

A very nice story in the poem. Good to have fun and enjoy life. We need the good memories to keep us sane and create smile when we are old and gray. A very good ending to a excellent poem.
