Cursed and Hollow

Cursed and Hollow

A Poem by LawrenceA
"

Sometimes we lose people weather we say the right things or not.

"

Cursed and Hollow.

I can feel my body drifting,

Falling apart, separating.

My mind is cloudy and surrounded,

There are no directions,

There is no escaping this.

My feelings are raging on,

I cannot stop them,

I cannot deny them.

But it is killing me.

If I tell, it will only ruin us,

I lock them away to be closer,

And yet you are further.

Are we drifting?

Or is it simply me?

Have I lost the ability to see without my passion?

Did I truly gauge my eyes out?

Or is this the price I pay for silence?

Tsk, Tsk.

One hand I lose you in silence.

One hand I push you away in speech.
