Crying is beautiful

In the face of fear

When darkness is surrounding

And misery is near

Crying is beautiful

Especially when it rains

Filled with hopeless longing

When I feel such pain

Crying is beautiful

When I remember you

I surrender my broken heart

It is all that I can do

Crying is beautiful

In the cold hands of fate

Constricted by mercy

And the need to create

Crying is beautiful

In the darkness of the night

I do ot struggle anymore

I've given up this fight

Crying is beautiful

With watering blue eyes

Heavy with words

And ever-lasting goodbyes

Crying is beautiful

When I hide my frown

Behind a mask of deception

In these lies I'll drown

Crying is beautiful

With my head bowed low

Hiding my wet cheeks

It's all tha I know

Crying is beautiful

I cannot deny

I'll stay this way forever

Forever I'll cry
