Dream Spectre

Dream Spectre

A Poem by Lawerence Rowe
"

A poem on dreaming

"

Here's to you

O' specter of my dream,

Whose haunting memories

fill every stitch and seam.

Oh what would my dreams be like

if you ne'er came sneaking,

I suspect terrible nightmares

with monsters all creaking.

Your the sweet sunrise touch

that honeys my mind,

that succlent breath of life

when I need to unwind.
