Not certain to whom you refer at the end 'only U can make me whole again'. Is it the lost love or sweet Jesus? Shouldn't it be 'those sad blue eyes' in the plural rather than 'that sad blue eyes' in the singular?

Other than those two points, you have adequately expressed the feeling of desolation over the loss of a love.
