I've Hung These Fears in HallwaysA Poem by LaurieroseMy heart has missed yours...Fire couldn't tame the flame of How well we matched. These feelings bubble to the surface Until only the writing on the walls Can interpret those singed words. Remnants reveal much to many Yet unique to us It's been too long Since I've devoted my heart to you. I've retired from happy and hung these fears in hallways. This way, I have to walk through them. You taught me that In this way, I have returned; You welcomed me home © 2022 LaurieroseFeatured Review
