Labyrinth of LifeA Poem by Laura HarrisonI am lost; All of my days have been spent wandering through this labyrinth of life, Searching for myself I look in the mirror and I don’t recognize the person staring back at me All I see is a distant hologram of the girl that I long to be.
My own hometown is now a stranger; All of my friends have grown up and moved on I look at the world around me and it just feels wrong All I want is to find where I truly belong
When I told you all of this; You said that you would walk with me through this labyrinth of life, Hand in hand And together we would find the Promised Land © 2013 Laura HarrisonReviews
