It’s coming back again;

The pain

The tears

The destruction.

I’m having sleepless nights again

Pushing people away again

Making friends with the demons again

Strong piece. I enjoyed it. Although you used the word again a lot, I think it proved to be effective. I say this, because you are showing that you have done it before and you hate feeling like you have to resort to doing it again. In a sense you want someone to help and keep you from doing it again.
