PrologueA Chapter by One Lost Anti-HeroIn the Early age of man there has always been a hidden presence represented by the beliefs of different people. These beings are represented by a form of perfection depicted by humans to fill their inner desire. They know not of their existence yet wish to unite and gain from the set beings, but are these creatures truly perfect and if so how? Can we truly trust those individuals that derive only through our consciousness or are we bound to the person who we can’t perceive? A hidden world unknown to humans exists in a parallel loop of reality. These people do not require the same needs that we do and they have been present since the dawn of creation, yet they fear that their appearance will destroy the fabric of society and so they hid themselves till the perfect time for acceptance, even so many have already shown themselves to mortals, but their fate was still the same. In this world there is a clear black and white society no one is in between and those who cross this line are harshly punished. Interaction between the two is prohibited by both sides of society; this was the norm throughout the world until a fateful day. The proclaimed hand of justice announced that the darkness should be eliminated and those individuals shall not be allowed to exist. War erupted, the battles were fought with different set of enchanted skills, but with the numbers against them it was a massacre for the darkness. After the genocide the victors were convinced by a gypsy to permit two children live. The council agreed to allow them to live, but on several conditions. First they would save two siblings to disregard any chance of the revival of the darkness and second they shall be lower class citizens so no chance of sympathy would be given to them by the society. As the world progressed no one questioned these rules or the fact that if the alleged darkness had done any crimes to deserve such harsh punishment, yet the world was in a state of peace and continued as no one had the courage to stand up against the world. Everyone lived in solitude concerning with only themselves and their role in society rather than the people within it, thus these creatures lived as nothing more than that of puppets. The game of chance continued as all, but few began to become one with society. Eventually all thinking came from the leaders of the council and everyone accepted it like a newborn lying on the front door. Things began to calm as everyone was no longer someone, but rather someone became everyone. © 2015 One Lost Anti-Hero |
